Fools & Tall Tales © January 2000.
Watch out! When a fool and her zany friends hijack your motor coach, you're in for some unusual fun! After the guided tour your group will enjoy an "inside-out meal" served by sillies. Professional storytellers and musicians entertain the group before, during and after the meal. Fun for everyone!

Lanterns & Legends © August 1999.
The mountains are silhouetted against the setting sun while the horse and carriage pick up our guests for their "Lanterns and Legends" tour transporting them to another time and place. Costumed characters carrying lanterns step out of nooks and crannies to spin stories about the region. The tour uses a unique combination of costumed walking guides and horse and carriage rides.

Discover Jonesborough's Times and Tales Stroll down brick sidewalks and enjoy a look inside Jonesborough's beautiful historic homes and buildings. These homes are still lived in and the buildings are still in use. History is brought to life through storytelling, and anecdotes about the oldest town in Tennessee. For convenience, this tour can be a walking tour or we can use your motor coach. Times and Tales has won local, state and national awards for its interpretation and preservation of history.

Inspirational Tours and Meals Available any day of the week. Can be combined with church services at one of the region's historic churches on Sunday. Combines a great meal (brunch, lunch, or dinner) with inspirational storytellers and musicians. Performances can be booked for Jonesborough or anywhere in the Tri-Cities TN/VA region, hotels, B&B's or convention centers.

Savvy Silver Tours Custom tours for members of the mature generation who still have their get-up-and-go and love to feel the wind in their hair. Tour options include special events at regional bed and breakfasts or inns. Bike rides on the Virginia Creeper Trail, whitewater rafting - almost anything you can imagine is possible through Positive Solutions of Tennessee. End the day with one of many options: storytelling around the fire, an old-fashioned hoedown, a regional symphony concert or a play. With advance notice, we can even offer a custom designed murder mystery.

Daggers and Old Lace An audience-participation murder mystery. Already very popular in our region. Usually takes place at the Wedding Loft in beautiful downtown historic Jonesborough. Molly MacRae Thompson, nationally known writer, customizes the script to the crowd and the location (can be mobile.)
