"No Bones About It" Tour
Tapirs, gators, red pandas, sloths, painted turtles, shovel-tusked elephants, rhinos, camels, bears and more...
In cooperation with the ETSU Museum of Natural History and the Gray TN Fossil Site, we have created a unique tour..."No Bones About It"...to introduce visitors to the only Miocene Epoch site in this part of the country. The 4.5 million to 7 million years old dig was first discovered by road crews in 2000. Stroll through the exhibits where you can learn about the earth and its inhabitants first-hand, or participate in our extended tour where you can "get down and get dirty" while working alongside some of the paleontologists who can answer your questions.
Positive Solutions is always in a learning mode, adding to our wealth of information so we can share the stories with you!!
